1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

In case of high demand or delays, processing times may be extended.

 

2. Shipping Method

We deliver orders across Sri Lanka using trusted third-party courier services.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

- Colombo & suburbs: 1–3 business days
- Other areas in Sri Lanka: 2–5 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location and external factors.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or may be offered as free shipping during promotions.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive tracking details if available.

6. Delays

AFTER is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

8. Pre-Orders / Coming Soon Items

Some products may be listed as “Coming Soon” or part of a pre-order drop. These items will be shipped once they are available.

Estimated timelines will be communicated clearly on the product page.
